Yes. MyCrew uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We use Clerk for authentication, and sensitive documents are stored securely. You control who can see your profile and personal information.
Absolutely. MyCrew is designed for both permanent positions and seasonal/charter staffing. Crew members can set their availability windows, and captains can search specifically for crew available during their charter season.
Once you find a crew member you're interested in, you can send them a direct message through our built-in messaging system. No need to exchange personal contact details until you're both ready.
MyCrew supports all vessel types in the yachting industry — motor yachts, sailing yachts, catamarans, superyachts, and expedition vessels. Crew can specify their experience and preferences by vessel type.
